The Federal Bureau of Investigation has promised $5 million to those responsible for the capture of or tips leading to the arrest of the leading terrorists around the world. New additions to the list are Mohammed Ali Hamadei, responsible for the 1985 hijacking of TWA Flight 847 and Ramadan Abdullah Mohammed Shallah, founder of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Hamadei was released by the Germans in 2005 after being held in jail on unrelated charges for 19 years.

The FBI's Rewards for Justice program has 21 terrorists on the list, all valued at $5-10 million except for Osama Bin Laden for whom the US Government will pay $25 million.
